ABOUT ME
I began my doula journey volunteering with the Birth Doula Program at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and later participated in the Sutter Health Birth Doula Pilot Program here in San Francisco. During that time, I worked closely with the CPMC care team, where I gained a deeper appreciation for collaborative care and the importance of evidence-based support during birth. Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families across a wide range of birth experiences in San Francisco hospitals.
To further deepen my support for infant feeding, I completed the Lactation Educator Counselor program through UC San Diego. I’ve also supported families during the postpartum period, offering guidance with newborn care, infant feeding, and the early transition into parenthood.
My approach is centered around evidence-informed care and deep respect for each family’s unique experience. I believe parents deserve to feel informed, supported, and confident as they make decisions that feel right for their family. Supporting families during pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood is work I feel deeply honored to do, and want to walk down this path with you.

hat is a Doula?
A doula is a trained professional who offers continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. Unlike medical providers, a doula’s role is not clinical — it’s relational. My focus is on helping you feel informed, supported, confident, and cared for at every step. I’m here to hold space, guide your partner, encourage your instincts, and help create a birthing environment that feels safe and grounded.

Sabrina is an incredible doula! From the first moment, we met her, her passion, knowledge, and organization shined through. She has a wonderful way of teaching and coaching that is engaging, caring, and gentle during and otherwise chaotic time in one’s life.
I appreciate that she was there just as much for my partner as she was for me, the birthing person. Even though we only want one child, if we were to ever change our mind, she would be the doula for us!

Sabrina was fantastic and far surpassed my expectations. of what a doula does. My transition labor came on fast and intense and she was a lifeline to help manage the changes. She was the calm presence that I needed and her techniques to physically and mentally help me were extremely helpful.
She was able to help my husband and mom as well. Delivery was chaotic since so many people are in the hospital room but at one point I distinctly remember tuning everyone out except my OB and Sabrina- my baby was delivered 3 pushes later.

Sabrina made me feel completely supported during my labor. She jumped into action from the moment she arrived and made my labor experience so much more positive.
Both my husband and I agree that we don't know how we would have done it without her!

"Sabrina made me feel completely supported"
Having Sabrina on our team was one of the best decisions we made as we navigated our first pregnancy. She has a wealth of knowledge on prenatal care and I really appreciated all the exercises she shared to help with pregnancy discomfort as well as getting my body ready for birth.
Sabrina also took the time to explain how to use my breast pump so I could feel more confident. And her presence was instrumental once I started contractions and we got to the hospital. She was able to help us understand our options and what the medical team was presenting. Moreover, she was a calming presence during the craziness of giving birth. I could not recommend her enough.

Sabrina was one of the best decisions we made as first-time parents. Well before labor, she was always quick to respond and gave us clear, reassuring guidance that helped both my wife and me feel prepared and at ease heading into delivery. From breathing techniques to knowing what to expect at each stage, she made the whole process feel manageable. When contractions started, she helped us figure out exactly when to head to the hospital, which alone took so much stress off our shoulders.
During labor, her calm and reassuring presence was irreplaceable. She helped my wife manage contractions, guided us through decisions without panic, and kept the whole room grounded. So grateful we had her by our side for one of the most meaningful and intense experiences of our lives. Cannot recommend her enough.

When it came time to push, she guided my husband and family on how to support me and communicated with the medical team about what I needed. I had the most positive birth experience and delivered vaginally without any major tears, and I genuinely believe a lot of that is thanks to Sabrina.
I went into birth nervous about the pain and the unknown, and came out of it feeling genuinely empowered, and that's thanks to Sabrina. She turned what could have been a scary, overwhelming experience into one of the most magical experiences of my life. I can't recommend her enough!
Sabrina was the best investment we made for our birth experience. She's warm, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and genuinely made me feel in control of my own birth, even when things got intense. If you're on the fence about hiring a doula, just do it. And if you're looking for one, you want Sabrina.
We had two prenatal sessions, and she taught me more than the three-part birth class we took. She walked us through what birth would actually look like, helped me figure out my preferences, and showed my husband pain management techniques so he could feel prepared too. Leading up to delivery, she was always just a text away to help me think through symptoms and options, and that alone gave me so much peace of mind.
Once contractions kicked in, her pain relief techniques felt like magic. I felt immediate relief and was actually able to rest between contractions. I ended up having a pretty long labor, so having her help gauge when to head to the hospital was huge. By the time my water broke, I wasn't in a headspace to advocate for myself at all. Sabrina stepped in seamlessly -- getting a wheelchair, communicating my symptoms to the nurses, helping me get the epidural right away -- all while I was just trying to get through each contraction. The nurses and midwives clearly trusted her, which made me feel even more at ease.

Sabrina is a star. She took just thoughtful, empathetic care of our little one and we still appreciate it immensely. She was also a helpful resource and emotional support during some breastfeeding troubles. Our guy was also born a few weeks early underweight, and we trusted Sabrina fully to give him the care he needed. We are forever grateful, and you can be too! Book Sabrina!
