My goal is to help families feel confident and supported as they navigate their birthing journey by providing families with the knowledge and resources they need to ensure a successful and enjoyable birthing experience.

My name is Bree,
I am a doula and lactation educator based in San Francisco, where I was born and raised. I have been involved in the birthing world for the past few years. My journey began as a volunteer with the San Francisco General Hospital doula program, which provided me with invaluable experience and knowledge in supporting expectant mothers. Additionally, I have been working at the first-ever postpartum retreat center in San Francisco. To further enhance my expertise, I have become a certified Lactation Educator Counselor. I am passionate about assisting expectant individuals and their families on this incredible journey, and I look forward to connecting with you!

Prenatal Support
As a new or even well-seasoned parent, pregnancy can be overwhelming. My prenatal support helps you prepare for your journey with personalized care. Offering 24-hour support via text/email right away, as well as 2-3 prenatal appointments (depending on need). This is where we will discuss and lay out your birth plan and the different tools we will be using to help you achieve your goal.
Labor & Delivery
I will provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout active labor and delivery. I am with you every step of the way, helping to create a safe and comfortable environment, guiding you through each stage of labor, and providing hands-on/virtual support 24/7. Ensuring that you have the best birth experience possible.
Postpartum
Care
The postpartum period can be a challenging time, both physically and emotionally and I will provide light care immediately after birth with a 1-2 hr check-in and one separate postpartum visit. I will help by providing resources to help you recover from childbirth, adjust to parenthood, and bond with your new baby!

Day Support
As your doula, I’ll be there to provide crucial support throughout the day. Whether you need help adjusting to life with a new baby or need assistance with basic household chores, I’m here to make your days easier. I can provide education on newborn care and offer guidance on everything from diapering to feeding. It’s my job to help you feel at ease during this important and exciting time.
* Four hour shifts at minimum
Night Support
Being a new parent can be challenging, especially if you aren't getting enough sleep. That's why I offer night support to help new parents rest easy while I care for their little one. Professional and nurturing I care to ensure that your baby is safe and comfortable all night long.
* Eight hour shifts at minimum
Lactation Educator
Breastfeeding is a beautiful but sometimes challenging journey that every new mother embarks on. As your trusted Lactation Educator, I am here to help you every step of the way. Whether it's over a Zoom call or in person, I will provide you with the support and guidance you need to start your breastfeeding journey or explore alternatives. Let's work together to make this journey a beautiful, stress-free experience for you.
